Photostory #2
Workers at Midnight
They come from the least developed city to earn more valuable money to send money to their home. They are sacrificing their kids growing up without themselves. That's why money significantly impacts people's lives, just making their hearts good with the smiles of their kids and just seeing them laugh in video calls. Doing hard work, sometimes even more than 12 hours, to make more money so that they can save a bit for their children's future. Visiting home only 1 or 2 times a year is hard for them. What celebration calls they don't even remember now. Praying to god daily for their family that they don't ever fall into any kind of emergency because they are more than 2600 km away. They have not graduated but still manage to speak English here with other language-speaking people.
Story of four workers who came from a small district of Bihar to another state, or we can say that another region of India-Puducherry. Here they come just to make money with facing a lot of issues, and the biggest problem is the language barrier, but they still manage a lot because they have to survive and make money for themselves and their family.
