I came up with this illustration in anticipation of the Super Mario Bros (2023) Movie. I decided on only Mario, Luigi, and Bowser since I didn't want to overcrowd the illustration. I opted for Bowser instead of Peach because I wanted a more action-oriented illustration, something that I didn't find Peach fitting for when I thought of this. I also decided to use black outlines instead of not using any with this illustration style to emulate a more cartoon/comic-book style.
