• CONCEPT •
We have created a complex that will be interesting to visit for all types of visitors, from a large family or group of friends to a separate visit to a restaurant, sports center or retail areas. The complex is located a 10-minute walk to the city center of Kyiv and is bordered by a picturesque botanical garden.

The main idea of the project was the creation of a recreational area in the center of the complex, which is an internal garden, located under a glass dome through which natural light penetrates.

There used to be a restaurant on the site of the complex, but due to the small budget, the constructive and visual components were made as simple as possible, sacrificing attractiveness and constructively correct solutions. That is why another task was to clean up the central space and make it more open.

Several planning options have been developed for the search the most attention-grabbing of visitors.
Recreational space of every trade and leisure the complex develops around atriums or light tunnels.

Since natural light is only in the center of the complex, it was decided to make frosted glazing in all enclosing structures so that light penetrates even into the most remote premises of the complex.
• GARDEN •
Living in a fairly busy city, sometimes you want to go out of town and relax in nature. When designing an indoor garden, an interesting task was to create cozy secluded places. You can come here alone, together or with friends, here everyone will discover something interesting for themselves.

The interior space can also be used for private events. A gallery-exhibition or other events can be held around the garden.

• BAR •
The bar area is kept as simple as possible to focus on the inner garden. The elements of the bar are made in the same style and materials as the elements of the garden. Thus, the unity of style of the whole complex is created.
