The Pop Chair, inspired by my late Grandfather and his struggles with uncomfortable outdoor seating, is designed with numerous ergonomic factors in mind, specifically for geriatric individuals. 

The ergonomics of The Pop Chair are designed to support a geriatric individual, under a sit/stand pose, so the effort of standing up from the chair is greatly reduced. The seat of the chair has routed groves on the seat to add more grip-ability for the user, a through extrusion where the back meets the seat to allow for proper water run off, and measurements that allow for proper interaction with multiple mobility aids.
