《圈圈養CAPTIVE BREEDING》動物刻板行為之立體互動書籍
設計理念主要以是為動物園裡面的動物發聲，在國際上時常聽到許多新聞報導關於動物園圈養(Captive Breeding)環境不佳，造成動物們受傷、生病、或者產生心理疾病，也就是動物們因為心裡生病而產生「刻板行為」；動物們會不斷拔毛、來回踱步、不斷轉頭、拍打自己等異常行為，動物們變成人類娛樂用的玩具，失去動物園有的天性，動物們從廣大的草原被「圈養」到人造的環境中直至老死，我們希望為動物園裡面的動物發聲，喚起大眾關心動物園的動物成長生態。
The main concept of this design is to speak up for zoo animal. Captive breeding is often reported in worldwide media and we often hear about how a poor captive environment can result in injury, disease and even mental illness, which are often presented in stereotyped behaviors, of zoo animals. Stereotyped behavior refers to repeated abnormal actions of, for example, pulling their fur or feathers off, pacing back and forth, turning around their head, and beating their body. It also indicates the fact that animals have become human toys for entertaining and gradually lose their natural instincts. Instead of living in an extensive plain, these animals are reared in a human-made environment until death. It is therefore our aspiration to speak up for animals living in zoo to raise public awareness of animals’ living environment and ecology of the zoo.
