This project is the first of it's kind in such a unique place as fayoum city .... This beautiful city is a great mixture between desert , water and green fields however we decided to design this project into this city to make it even more perfect and more attractive than it already is ... Concept inside this project is divided into 3 ways of expressing the project idea and concept 1- the 2d concept : when we did our research about this country and what famous things inside it we discovered that this city is famous with lakes and mountains and sands lines .... This concept target the layout line in the design zone ideas 2- the uses concept : we like to explain this concept into 3 keywords ( investing - educational - entertaining ) according to the first part of the concept design guide it helped to make zones are more connected to each other which make the costumer come to the project and walk into each and every single part of it and interact with without feeling or noticing and that also brings full enjoyment and entertainment inside the visitor which we can call it ( happiness concept ) 3- the 3d concept : this is the last part of the design guide lines and starting of this project .... It has been inspired from the famous places in fayoum city ( the water falls ) we made research on the architecture urban in there and we discovered that most or nearly all of it... is vernacular architecture .... From here came the third part of the concept .... This time we reflected the arches and domes into the design of our project buildings with the concept of the water falls ..... When u make arches up on each other with different heights it gives you the feeling of the waterfalls in wadi El rayan in fayoum city .... And that will be shown into the mood board
