Prototype Making process: A prototype for making a door stopper. Form and function test
Step 1: Preparation of raw materials
Cut pieces of paper, ground in a mixer and finally added with natural glue (Maida)
Step 2: Preparation of die mould
Muold made of MDF sheets cut using a laser machine and 4 nut bolt and washer combination
Step 3: Assembling the mould, filling paper mache
The mould is assembled, paper mache is hand filled and pressed into the mould for drying.
