Words Matter
In the advertising industry, we believe in the power of words. We make them shine on billboards, resonate in radio spots, and flash on banners. But communication is not only important in the work we create; it’s also crucial in our workplace itself. Because words, whether unconscious or unintended, have a greater impact than you might think. This impact extends to the work we create for our clients as well. To raise some awareness about it I created an internal poster campaign that cleverly demonstrate that inclusive language doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s simply a matter of skipping a few words.
