Charitable Foundation "Polden" (Midday)
I decided to help the foundation with illustrations for the store as part of a volunteer movement. The illustrations are made in a minimalistic style and tell about the board games that the charitable foundation holds for children from orphanages.
Charitable Foundation "Polden" was established in 2011. The Foundation develops educational games for orphans and teenagers in difficult life situations. Employees and volunteers conduct play sessions with teenagers in orphanages in 23 regions. More than 1,000 children annually participate in the educational games of the Charitable Foundation "Polden"
According to statistics in Russia, out of 100% of orphans who left the walls of an orphanage or boarding school, 90% never adapt to a normal adult life. The situation is such that children who leave the orphanage literally immediately face such difficulties as getting an education, finding a job, handling money, making independent decisions, and so on.
The brand colors and their logo were used in the creation of the illustrations. In the illustrations, children play educational games that help prepare for adulthood. Brand fonts were also used. These fonts are used for texts explaining the tasks of board games.
