expectations. not only it exist in ourselves, but also exists in the society. we are expected to follow the rules, the norms, the habits, and the culture of society, and also we expect ourselves to have an ideal life without any flaws and imperfections.

it's okay to having or following the expectations, but sometimes the expectations are so strict in ourselves or society, just like a rope or a cloth tying us so tightly to the point our body bend beyond our capabilities.

while the cloth is destroying ourselves, society or our own pride only see ourselves with disgust because we can't fulfill the expectations that set.
