This poster promotes a Candlelit Christmas Ball and coincides with the social media ad that I shared. I was prompted to make this poster as Christmas is my favorite time of the year! When you do what you love, it often becomes easy and for me, this assignment came naturally and was almost effortless to make—the fun that I had was real! The design choices I made for this piece were inspired by a traditional Christmas theme, (Christmas trees, candles, snowflakes, etc.). The goal was to bring back the more traditional Christmas style that is often brushed under the rug today by minimalism (not to knock that style, it is beautiful!). This piece can easily capture the attention of all individuals, specifically those looking to dance the night away in a candlelit setting!
