These images are re-edits taken in Spring 2021. The day was very bright, right after a major winter storm, so there were lots of bright reflections and dark shadows to deal with. It was a once in a lifetime occasion with fresh snow reflecting off Mt Shasta and a clearing bright blue alpine sky. I was shooting many exposures that morning and trying to compensate for the bright reflections and dark shadows. These images are concrete examples of not having optimal shooting conditions and shooting in spite of those challenges. Hope you enjoy these images. Best regards, Dale.
