In Vietnam, we have a Mid-Autumn in lunar calendar. And one of the special activity is make the mooncakes.

Beside, you can see the moon cake that are sold along the road so much. But, in this blog, I will share to you some cakes I made with my friend by ourself.

After that, we have many many cakes with several shapes like images bellow.

Next, put all of it into the stove to bake it. About 15 minutes, that is the first bake. Take it out and use the yellow egg to paint on the crust. After that, put the cakes into the stove with the second bake.

Tada… We have a new cakes – the Mid-Autumn cake.
