Media Development Foundation is a civil society organization that develops independent media in Ukraine.

The organization has an interesting metaphor that each student is like a small seed, which grows like a tree in the process of learning. That is why it was decided to associate young journalists and students with a young sprout, which symbolizes the beginning and opportunities

For the organization was designed a minimalistic logo in the form of a linear sprout and Font for the logo I chose from the Ukrainian designer Valentin Tkachenko, the font is called Mak. In the outline of the font there is a plant motif and it also perfectly reinforces the metaphor about sprouts and tree, and can be easily recognized without the symbol itself.

The identity used a white or light background for the logo in order not to visually overwhelm with colors and various noises.
