One of my favorite subjects interested in too much are psychology and mental health. I read different books and essays about it, therefore I decided to write and illustrate stories about various psychological issues and present them in the form of books or motion graphics. In this story, I chose social phobia. I started to study it in books and got acquainted with its cognitive-behavioral therapy methods. I wrote and illustrated a story about it based on scientific explanations.
