Flight Demonstration Squad
On 17 July 2011 I attended the Rochester International Airshow to see the Blue Angels Flight Demonstration Squad perform. I've been in love with naval aviation, and even more specifically the F/A-18 Hornets that the Angels fly, since I was a teen. Their precision flying is amazingly graceful, considering the immense power behind the machines they fly.
