Alright, let's start filling up this gallery with some of my favorite works! I recall feeling really inspired when I worked on this one, and still am really fond of the atmosphere and textures... I was looking for a lineless approach with a custom brush I'd made, while trying my hand at a noisy, geometric background of some kind.
The idea of the scenery being the big city did allow for some very interesting shapes... lots of straight lines and rectangles. So getting a design that contrasted well enough with that geometry was a fun experiment! The dog's noodly anatomy was a byproduct of that too.
