This research is qualitative only, I investigated the mall by observation and interview. The efficiency of service is the design point.The pilot research is observation and interviews. After analyzing the data, I came up with 3 concepts and evaluated them through interviews. Finally, I refined one concept according to the feedback.​​​​​​​
