For this project I'm working as a Producer, leading a team of 7 developers from different areas. As a Producer, I was responsible for managing the team's tasks during the sprints, manking sure the team was following the roadmap. I was also responsible for implementing and improving DevOps processes, for the Publishing and also a bit of the Marketing.
