The Z House is a thoughtfully designed residence situated in a rural area within the city of Skenderaj. Nestled amidst towering trees and set against a level terrain, the architecture seamlessly integrates with the surrounding nature, embodying a harmonious fusion of function and minimalistic aesthetics.

The ground floor of the house features an open design, adorned with expansive glass windows that establish a direct connection with the natural environment. This layout allows the residents to immerse themselves in the beauty of the outdoors. On the other hand, the first floor is strategically oriented to prioritize privacy, characterized by elongated horizontal windows that frame selected views.

The minimalist approach extends to the facade, which showcases a composition of three primary materials: glass, brick, and black boiled wood cladding. The black boiled wood is strategically placed in the elongated walls of the upper floor, serving a dual purpose as both a decorative element and a structural support system. These walls play a crucial role in highlighting the main entrance of the building, making a distinctive statement in the overall design.

The careful design of Z House is a testament to its integration with the natural surroundings, ensuring that the residence becomes a seamless extension of the outdoor environment. The tall trees and the vibrant natural life enveloping the house contribute to the creation of inviting and tranquil spaces where inhabitants can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of their surroundings. Overall, the Z House stands as a testament to the artful balance between modern architecture and the serenity of rural living.
