Urban renewal of a parking lot in front of the municipality of Villanueva de la Torre. The project imagines a square and low carbon emision area where the pedestrian has priority over the vehicule, creating a new space for the population.

Boulevard to the south.
The proposal takes an existing boulevard and incorporates it to the public space with vegetation, floor design and water fountains. Its a way of including this boulevard that its not being used due to its lack of connection to another public space on its surrounding.

Proposal
On the context we can find the Town Hall and the Señora de la Asunción Church, which is was built on the XVI Century. So the proposal had to be respectful to each of this buildings and the houses next to it. The proposal priorizes the views to this monuments, and creates direct pathways to them.
