Project Description
"As we bring your thank-you card concept into reality, we need to consider the mechanics of the printing process. Most greeting cards feature full bleeds, meaning artwork that goes off the edge of the card. You created your artwork slightly larger than the desired trim size to help ensure that the color does, in fact, bleed off the edge, instead of accidentally appearing as a little white sliver when the card is trimmed. By testing your artwork out early in the process, you will be able to make necessary adjustments to get it positioned just right."

I enjoyed this assignment greatly! I was able to draw out many ideas I had for cards that I had been considering for a long time. I am a fan of simple aesthetics and ones that capture the sweetness and elegance of everyday life. I strove to achieve that with this simple thank-you note.
