London Literature Festival

This self directed project was to design a new identity for the London Literature Festival. The idea behind this is based on the use of a page from a book as the identity, which then becomes the structure to apply the necessary information to.

For typography I have gone for a serif typeface that reflects traditional uses whilst having a contrasting approach that keeps in line with the modern identity of the page, which is evident in these posters. I have designed these in such a way that when both positioned together create the look of a double page spread, bringing a new angle to the concept.
