CUSTOMER FEEDBACK SURVEY
During this teamwork, we invented a company that was suffering from significant customer losses. ConnectCom is a telephone company in Toronto that has recently experienced an increase in churn from regular customers. 

Together with my team, we built a scheme that would help us create the final survey that we would send to our customers to find out the reason for their dissatisfaction and to come up with a plan of action.
