Zine: Wide Awake - Volume 1
Wide Awake is a zine filled with excerpts from my personal journal. It is a collection of analogue collages that attempt to speak to the person I was over the last 3 years. Lines are pulled from entries in the years 2021 - 2023. 3 years ago despite being surrounded by people I loved, I felt overwhelmingly alone and began attempting to distract my brain through writing. This has led to a large backlog of handwritten daily entries and one liners haphazardly typed into my notes app. Now with the desperate desire to create something tangible and potentially grow from vulnerability, Wide Awake was born.
