‘Nieuw Werklust’ is a former clay factory which mainly made roof tiles. At the beginning of the year 2000 the production was discontinued. After about 14 years ‘Nieuw Werklust’ still has no new destination and the buildings, which are heritage assets, stand to wait until they collapse.
