'Oh, Deer' is an intricately crafted string wall art design featuring a whitetail deer. It was meticulously conceived as a heartfelt gift for my Mother, drawing inspiration from her profound appreciation for the wilderness, nature, and the forests. The artwork came to life on a 3/4" plywood sheet, shaped into an oval-like backdrop using a scroll saw. The elegant outline of the buck was meticulously formed by arranging 1 1/4" wood screws with precision. To enhance the visual appeal, the wood was stained with dark mahogany, showcasing the natural wood grain and complementing the intricate string art detailing the deer. The final touch involved methodically pulling the string around until the design reached its pinnacle, resulting in a captivating and visually pleasing piece."
