Montreux Calendar 2021
Vaud Riviera is a place of relaxation with a singular beauty that is highlighted in every season of the year. A cult place rich in history that has been mentioned several times by famous personalities. For Freddie Mercury, "If you want peace of mind, come to Montreux". For Francis Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway, this place was a source of literary inspiration and they did not fail to mention it in their works.
For this project, the twelve pages of a calendar, in addition to a cover, had to be created with the only technical data being the use of a modular grid on all the pages.
In this purpose, through my photos, I tried to highlight the sublime moments that this region offers to these inhabitants using a modular grid of 2 x 3 in A5 portrait format. In order to take advantage of the different possibilities offered by this grid, variations in colors or black and white have been chosen with a preference for more color for the warmer months of the year.
