The Resilience Nexus

A space; a repository holding our colourful history, stories and dearest memories. At the same time, it seems to be a knowledge-sharing centre that aim at closing gaps be- tween generations. Aware of the varied learning styles that emerged among different generations, this space is designed to be open and engaging so people can share a common cultural experience. It is a pledge not to preserve the past but rather engage current and future generations in an ongoing process of acquisition and fellowship.
Design Brief

AIMS
In order to turn the idea of “The Resilience Nexus” into a material space, we aim to build an environment that functions as a reservoir for preserving our valuable heritage, tales and treasured memories. At the same time, this space will be a lively place for knowledge exchange where all generations can meet in order to address and transcend generational divide as we do so because we understand that different ages learn differently while finding ways of engaging with our cultural heritage.

OBJECTIVE
- Preservation and Sharing of Knowledge: The main goal is to save historical information, stories and culture heritage while open access for students, educational systems tourists and locals.
- Generational Connection: Enable affirmative interactions and education between different generations, creating a space where the young and old can work together to learn from each other towards an informed brighter future.
- Immersive and Technological Learning: Create an engaging and technologically-advanced space, featuring immersive experienc- es such as a 360-degree room equipped with laser projectors alongside interactive technology VR classrooms that will promote learning through history and culture.
