Part of a series of illustrations I've created at the start of International Women's Day 2024. This time I created an illustration of my favourite female villain! Mostly because of her fashionable outfits. (Confession: I'd bought similar, more affordable, boots like these after seeing it on the show...) I added text this time too with my favourite quote of hers.
