Casa D7-9

A residência D7-09 está localizada no litoral norte gaúcho, na cidade de Torres, no condomínio fechado Reserva das Águas. Possuí área construída de 336,86m² distribuídos em dois pavimentos.

Na fachada frontal, o volume superior branco se solta do terreno, gerando leveza ao conjunto arquitetônico. Tem-se como destaque a materialidade do brise em grápia, que contrasta com as subtrações volumétricas em preto e a armação que envolve o módulo superior, na cor branco.

A premissa que norteia o projeto é integrar a casa ao terreno, visualmente possível através das aberturas presentes, sendo uma em “L” e outra em duas folhas de abrir, em posição oposta, para ventilação cruzada com aproveitamento do vento nordeste. No térreo, os ambientes sociais da residência se abrem para o pátio e para o lago. O corredor presente no projeto tem o papel de conectar, de maneira simples e ordenada, todos os ambientes de forma sutil.

O volume do segundo pavimento é destinado aos dormitórios que, estrategicamente, se abrem para o lago. Neste volume se destacam os brises em grápia, que garantem privacidade e ventilação para a suíte master, mesmo quando fechados. Estes dois volumes são ligados por uma escada helicoidal em concreto armado, com degraus revestidos em mármore preto, situada no hall de entrada, envolta por esquadrias de vidro fixo, definindo a entrada da residência.

As áreas sociais externas, que estão localizadas aos fundos do terreno, junto ao lago, contam com um deck em itaúba, que está em mesmo nível ao ambiente social interno da residência, criando a conexão entre o abrigo e integrando o externo com o interno de forma tênue.

O paisagismo, assinado pela empresa Larissa Gonsalves - Office Garden, tem como composição base vegetações de convívio com o clima litorâneo, tais como capim-do-Texas verde, a palmeira canariense e fênix, o podocarpo, entre outros. Este projeto paisagístico possui um conceito tropical, trazendo privacidade para os ambientes que o compõem o térreo, visto que não possui cercas ou muros.

Os interiores são assinados pela designer Taisi Rocha, da Centenarte. A combinação de cores neutras junto com os detalhes em madeira e pedra da residência criam uma composição suave e aconchegante, trazendo leveza para os ambientes.

The D7-9 residence is located on the northern coast of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in the city of Torres, in the gated community of Reserva das Águas. It has a constructed area of 336.86m² distributed over two floors.

On the front elevation, the white upper volume is detached from the terrain, generating lightness to the architectural set. The highlight is the materiality of the grapia brise, which contrasts with the volumetric subtractions in black and the frame that surrounds the upper module, in white.

The premise that guides the project is to integrate the house to the terrain, visually possible through the present openings, one in an "L" shape and the other in two opening leaves, in the opposite position, for cross ventilation with the use of the northeast wind. On the first floor, the social areas of the residence open onto the patio and the lake. The corridor present in the project has the role of connecting, in a simple and orderly manner, all the rooms in a subtle way.

The volume of the second floor is destined for the bedrooms, which strategically open out to the lake. In this volume the grapia brises stand out, ensuring privacy and ventilation for the master suite, even when closed. These two volumes are connected by a spiral staircase in reinforced concrete, with steps covered in black marble, located in the entrance hall, surrounded by fixed glass frames, defining the entrance of the residence.

The external social areas, which are located at the back of the lot, next to the lake, have an itaúba deck, which is at the same level as the internal social environment of the residence, creating the connection between the shelter and integrating the external with the internal in a subtle way.

The landscaping, signed by Larissa Gonsalves - Office Garden, is based on vegetation that coexists with the coastal climate, such as green Texas grass, the Canary Island and Phoenix palm trees, and the podocarp, among others. This landscape project has a tropical concept, bringing privacy to the environments that compose the first floor, since it has no fences or walls.

The interiors are signed by designer Taisi Rocha, from Centenarte. The combination of neutral colors along with the wood and stone details of the residence create a soft and cozy composition, bringing lightness to the environments.
