Através do toque preciso em pontos específicos dos pés, a reflexologia atua como um mapa do corpo, promovendo o equilíbrio e a resolução de disfunções que afetam o bem-estar físico e emocional.

Dentre os principais desafios, a marca necessita comunicar sua autenticidade, diferencial, gerar identificação e elevar o valor percebido em um mar de concorrentes com similaridades, sem fugir totalmente ao reconhecimento imediato da solução que oferece. Ao compreender o contexto de mercado atual e os interesses emergentes na sociedade, a ReflexoKi pode se posicionar de forma estratégica, explorando oportunidades para se destacar e atender às necessidades dos clientes de forma inovadora e eficaz.

Visto que ReflexoKi tem o objetivo de proporcionar bem-estar integral para seus clientes

e acredita que a saúde mental e física são faces da mesma moeda, a soluçãoproposta para amarca foi pensar num design de seriço para oferecer um atendimento personalizado com foco na reconexão do cliente consigo mesmo, integrando além das costumeiras sessões, cuidados diários e rotineiros a fim de gerar encantamento e conexão emocional entre cliente e marca.

ReflexoKi is a homecare company that goes beyond the oriental technique of reflexology to provide a holistic connection between body and mind. Through precise touch on specific points of the feet, reflexology acts as a map of the body, promoting balance and resolving dysfunctions that affect physical and emotional well-being.

Among its main challenges, the brand needs to communicate its authenticity, differentiation, generate identification, and elevate perceived value in a sea of competitors with similarities, without completely deviating from the immediate recognition of the solution it offers. By understanding the current market context and emerging interests in society, ReflexoKi can strategically position itself by exploring opportunities to stand out and meet customer needs innovatively and effectively.

Given that ReflexoKi aims to provide comprehensive well-being for its clients and believes that mental and physical health are two sides of the same coin, the proposed solution for the brand was to conceive a service design to offer personalized care with a focus on reconnecting the client with themselves. This includes not only the customary sessions but also daily and routine care to generate enchantment and emotional connection between the client and the brand.

Por muito tempo vivemos em um ritmo frenético, priorizando o trabalho e a produtividade, deixando o bem-estar mental e físico em segundo plano. Mas esse ritmo acelerado tem um alto custo: a desconexão.

Assim nasce a ReflexoKi, do anseio por reconectar a essência e anseios íntimos entre mente e corpo, e assim alcançar o real bem-estar integral.

Imagine Sofia, uma mulher dedicada e bem-sucedida. As Sofias do mundo, mulheres que conquistaram tudo o que sonhavam: uma carreira de sucesso, família linda, um belo lar, um casamento feliz ou sua independência, não importa o que seja...

Mas em algum momento, após ter chegado lá, elas sentem que algo está errado. Perseguir o sonho parecia muito mais divertido quando visto de longe. Agora, a luz de Sofia está se apagando.

Ela se sente sem rumo, sem motivação, sem disposição para voltar a sonhar. Quando vê suas fotos antigas, ela se pergunta: como foi que acabou se distanciando e desconectando tanto daquela sua antiga versão?

Thus, ReflexoKi is born, from the longing to reconnect the essence and intimate desires between mind and body, and thereby achieve true holistic well-being.

Imagine Sofia, a dedicated and successful woman. The Sofias of the world, women who have achieved everything they dreamed of: a successful career, a beautiful family, a lovely home, a happy marriage, or their independence, whatever it may be...

But at some point, after reaching there, they feel something is wrong. Pursuing the dream seemed much more fun from afar. Now, Sofia's light is fading.
