Esta conexão com o oceano é ressaltada por uma adaptação da icônica imagem da Grande Onda de Kanagawa (Hokusai, 1830) que não só evoca a herança japonesa, mas também transmite a energia dinâmica da água e a beleza poderosa do oceano.

Meet Mizzu Sushi, a Japanese restaurant in the countryside of Paraná. Its identity was conceived as an opportunity to capture the tradition of Japanese cuisine in a distinctive way. Through the word "mizu," which means water in Japanese, one can explore the vital connection between water and seafood, fundamental elements in Japanese gastronomy. This connection to the ocean is accentuated by an adaptation of the iconic image of The Great Wave off Kanagawa (Hokusai, 1830), which not only evokes Japanese heritage but also conveys the dynamic energy of water and the powerful beauty of the ocean.
