LITH RESIDENCE

The development consists of 3 unit semi detached apartment, and each one hosts a same type of residence that is organized on the land to favor the particularities of its surroundings.

The project concept emerges from the idea of ensuring thermal comfort for occupants within the building., leveraging contact with nature and natural light even as the building faces the west. To accomplish this adjustable metal panels sunshade are placed at the facade, that generates thin light line to the building, thus creating interior spaces of great spatial richness.
