This blend of sleek, contemporary design elements like vertical louvers and glass facades can indeed enhance the visual appeal of a building while also serving practical purposes such as light filtration, privacy, and energy efficiency. 

Creating a modern and attractive front elevation while ensuring functionality is crucial for meeting the needs of both occupants and budget considerations. This approach reflects a thoughtful balance between form and function in architectural design.

For the first two floors designated as a service center, flexibility in layout design is the key. The space is adaptable to accommodate various services the client intends to offer. Open floor plans with movable partitions and modular furniture can allow for easy reconfiguration as needed.
