Artist Talk—Gallery Poster Series

The ask was to help promote an upcoming Artist Talk series for the on-campus Catron Gallery. To give these posters longer life, we featured the full availability for the art show and did not limit it to just the artist talk event itself. This allows the posters to do double duty – get people interested in the specific talk, but also give longer awareness for the show in its entirety.
By utilizing a bold header and footer style to act as informational wayfinding, we were then able to make the middle of each poster a bit more playful and actually take visual and color cues from the featured art itself. This allows each poster to feel fresh and remain visually interactive.
