Triple A 2G consecutive scoreless fastball up to 152 km

Ko Woo-seok, a member of the Triple-A Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp under the Miami Marlins, pitched as a relief pitcher in an away game against the Omaha Storm Chasers (under the Kansas City Royals) in the 2024 Minor League at Winner Park in Papillion, Nebraska on the 12th (Korea time).

Ko took the mound as his team's third pitcher in the bottom of the eighth inning when his team was losing 0-1. He got off to a shaky start. He preoccupied the first batter John Rave with the count in favor of 1B-2S, but had a 90.6 miles (145 kilometers) cutter driven to the center for the fifth pitch, leading to a critical hit. He then met Drew Waters and threw three consecutive balls, failing to regain stability.

However, he did not allow any more on-base hits. He threw two strikes in succession against Waters to make a full count, and used a 90.3 mile (145 km) cutter for the sixth pitch to induce left fielder fly ball, and the next batter, Nick Loftin, threw a low curve ball at 2B-2S, and handled the second baseman's fly ball.

While facing Nick Prato with two outs and a runner on the first base, Ko took the last out count as first baseman John Rave failed to steal second base. The end of the inning.

Ko pitched 17 times (10 strikes), and his fastest fastball speed was 94.4 miles (152 kilometers). After moving to the Miami Marlins, he allowed no points in two consecutive games, and continued his streak of no points in the recent six games in the Minor League.

Ko Woo-suk, who reigned as Korea's best finish, signed a two-year contract with the San Diego Padres for a total of $4.5 million through the posting system in January this year, but failed to join the opening entry amid a slump in the exhibition game, and went down to Minor League Double A to gain practical experience.

Ko Woo-suk also struggled with a 4.38 ERA with two losses and one save in 10 games in Double A, and traded to Miami on the 5th.

Ko's 2024 minor league record is two losses and an ERA of 3.68 (six earned runs in 14 ⅔ innings) without winning 12 games.
