Key features added to the eCommerce site
Pricing: We added proper pricing logic to ensure dynamic pricing based on which product variant was selected.
Subscription: End users can subscribe to the products via the website and get an additional discount. This functionality was implemented via the Shopify Subscription App.
Upselling: Upon checkout, end users see recommended products, which helps upselling.
Search functionality: The website has smart search functionality, using which visitors can quickly find the product they are looking for.
Payment integration: Multiple payment modes like ShopPay, PayPal, and GPay were integrated with the Shopify website.
Social media integration: The client’s Instagram and Facebook pages were integrated with the website to ensure that there is an optimal user flow between the channels.
Review: The Shopify app Judge.me was used to showcase customer reviews and ratings on the website.
Videos: The client had some videos which needed to be displayed on the website. We adjusted the videos’ aspect ratios and ensured that the videos were properly optimized, before being uploaded to the website.
Email marketing: We integrated the website with Klaviyo – a third-party marketing platform – to set up email campaigns for the clients. The emails were designed in sync with the website to build a brand. Various email marketing flows – email subscription, cart abandonment, order, etc. – were created and successfully implemented.
