Expansion has been a hot topic in the WNBA for years, as talented vets and rookies alike find it very difficult to make one of 144 roster spots. The problem is highlighted every year when a large percentage of newly drafted players are waived during training camp. To illustrate this point and to help fans keep track of where their favorite college players end up, I created a set of graphics depicting the roster status of every 2023 and 2024 draft pick.
