Logo, identity, and website for West Coast-style taqueria – 2010
In early 2010 a good friend of mine approached me to design the identity and website for a taqueria his father was opening in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The concept was simple: by serving up L.A. style tacos, and a menu of authentic West Coast-style Mexican food – their family owned-and-operated restaurant would bring a taste of California to the East Coast! With a growing menu offering burritos, tortas, sopes, quesadillas, and of course tacos – Tortacos has satisfied hundreds-of-thousands of hungry customers with their unique, mouth-watering Mexican dishes since opening their doors in January 2011.
