The complex is designed to attract the greatest possible number of people by using contemporary ideas, technology, and amenities. This commercial complex would serve as a "urban center" for the surrounding area, meeting the requirements of people of all ages and demographics.
Elevations
The building's elevation showcases a thoughtful blend of modern architecture and natural elements, creating an aesthetically pleasing, sustainable, and welcoming environment. The use of concrete and metal louvers adds a contemporary edge, while the green roofs and abundant vegetation ensure the structure remains inviting and environmentally friendly.
Sections
The hotel is marked in pink, making it stand out as a key area for guests. The convention center is highlighted in yellow, indicating its space for events and meetings. The mall is shown in blue, representing the shopping and public areas. Lastly, the basement is marked in green, showing the support and utility spaces. This color-coding helps to easily identify and distinguish each functional area within the building.
Renders
The Urban Eden welcomes visitors through a modern, open-air atrium characterized by a harmonious blend of natural and built environments. The space features extensive use of concrete, evident in the walls, floors, and stairs, which provides a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. This concrete framework is softened by the incorporation of greenery, including planters with small trees and shrubs strategically placed throughout the area, contributing to a sense of tranquility and connection to nature.
