Postcards from Place des Vosges

Inaugurated in 1612, in occasion of Louis XIII and Anne of Austria’s wedding, Place des Vosges is the oldest square in Paris and a perfect example of the classic 17th Century French architecture.

The famous squared area is surrounded by 36 red brick pavilions built symmetrically, meanwhile in the centre a beautiful garden with multiple trees, a few fountains and an impressive equestrian statue of Louis XIII, regularly welcomes residents and tourists of all ages.

Place des Vosges is the perfect place for children to play, picnics with friends or romantic strolls.
Cafés, art galleries and street performers pleasantly complete and enhance the atmosphere no matter the season.
