Dr Jane Fowler (Psychology) is an academic and an organisational consultant. As an academic Jane teaches, engages in research, and provides service to Griffith University and the community. As a consultant Jane works with individuals and organisations to foster healthy workplace relationships and environments. Previous consultancy engagements include FBI, Sunsuper Queensland, WorkCover Queensland, and other national and international organisations.

Jane needed an online presence (website) for two reasons: firstly to work as a folio to potential consultancy clients - showcasing her existing publications, accomplishments and experiences in her profession; and secondly to act as an online base to set up portals to various training programs she designs and conducts for entities wanting team building/cohesion and structuring healthy workplace relationships/environments..
