Tik Tok & Time, created by Evan Anthony, is the very first animated collection to be released on NeonMob.  We met Evan Anthony through one of his college classmates, J.R. Schmidt (an equally talented artist), and we were blown away by Evan's talent.  He had a creative idea to use animations to tell the story of an evil wizard casts a spell to stop time, and two young lovers who must work together to restart the clock.
