Direct mail campaign to promote support for donations to the scholarship fund for students at Imperial College London. This was a renewal appeal, and it was sent to lapsed donors in the summer of 2014. The appeal featured a pre-email, postal pack along with two follow email reminders.
The theme of the direct mail focusses on the success of the Fund over the last three years and highlights donors who have been the ‘spark’ that has kept the Fund growing each year.
The appeal was very supported by the donors with a response rate of over 12%.
