01 New Doha International Airport - Food & Beverage

Scope of work: Manufacturing, supplying and installation to 11 Concessions of Millworks & Interior finishes & Fit-out and shop-fitting to the Custom Furniture.
• The Project is a joint vendor between, QATART DESIGN as Managing Company – SANTACROCE SPA as a material supplying company.
Qatart Santacroce is working under Main Contractor QIAJV (QIT- IMAR - ALEC) as a sub-contractor.
• Consultant of the project is (PARSONS TRANSPORTATION GROUP), the Architect is (HOK), the designer of Shops (SMART DESIGN), while the owner is (NDIA)
Project Duration:  1 year 8 Months
(Preparation & Manufacturing): 1 year – (on-Site Works): 8 Months
Participation: 8 Months for on-site & Off-site management role

My Job Description:
• Responsible for the Logistics and the safety of delivered materials.
• Managing the process of the delivery from the site to the available stores or to the desired installation areas.
• Responsible for the HSE plan, Agreement and policy for all of the labors, Installers and materials.
• Supervising the installation process in all of the concessions with on-site supervision, drawings and technical support, on-site weekly meetings, walks and weekly off-site meetings with company’s managers in-charge for both (QIAJV & QATART SANTACROCE)
• Daily meetings with each concession responsible persons to ensure the continuity of the current processes.
• performing all the material and work installation inspections (MIR) & (WIR), preparing all the required papers and drawings for the consultant and hold the meetings for the inspections.
• Responsible for making all paper works related to the project, that varies from full site reports regarding the current situation in (Logistics – Safety – Installation – Inspections), schedules for installation progress, Method Statement submission, HSE Plan, agreement and policy.
No. of people that I managed: 16 Logistics and housekeeping – 2 teams for installation each team is 8 installers along with skilled labors – 2 supervisors – 2 Office secretaries
