The 3% Conference stands for how only 3% of creative leaders in advertising are women. After 3 years of the conference, new numbers stated it had risen to 11%. To celebrate and promote the movement, the Conference asked students from all over the country to submit posters. 10 pairs were selected and we were two of the youngest people who were flown out to San Francisco sponsored by Adobe and got to network with industry professionals from all over the country.
