Partnered with the NBCNewYork.com team of Senior VPs in Digital, Product Strategy, Editorial, Marketing and Operations and liased with 10 local market city reps to define priorities, understand key strategic imperatives for redesign and how to translate the look of the on-air branding to the web.
The design template needed to be flexible to support the differences in publishing volume of small and large cities as well as reflect the color variations that branded and represented each city.
This was a tightly managed and budgeted initiative as NBC needed to move quickly and launch a new Home Page within 2 months. We focused on creating 5 key site experience pages.
