This spec work was so much better than the direction the client ultimately selected. It's like that cult classic show that no one but you ever saw because it got canceled after just one season. Oh, what could have been! Unfortunately, the client went out of business not too long after they plastered the terrible idea they did like on a billboard which was better at mocking me than it was at selling condos during a housing crisis. Sigh. Thank god they finally resold that ad space.
