Urban furniture created during 1 Week period using parametric modeling, with data input from external factors from teh sorrounding area.
The site chosen for this solution is I.L.Caragiale park from Cluj Napoca. Inspired by the skatepark already instaled on the site, the pavilion foreshadows the idea of a translation with rotatin axes in it's design, specific to the movement of teh actors using the instalations from the site. made out of a light structure transposes a transitory image. It is situated in the midle of the park at the intersection of the main fluxes. Altough is open it provides shade and coverfrom the rain.
The structure is made out of a system of ribbs. These are oriented in two directions. The distribution of the ribbs follows a series of parametric algorithms, using a script it ended up an unequal distribution with a stronger concentration of elements in the midle section of the pavilion. On the inside a wooden paneling has been made, ment to serv for resting.
